Wrist Mala

Mala beads are a type of prayer bead and  have been used for centuries by a range of religions, from Hinduism to Christianity. Today, they're sometimes used as a mindfulness aid without any religious affiliation. They traditionally include 108 beads in addition to a guru bead, which is larger than the rest of the beads. Meditation isn't always easy. Mala beads assist in keeping the mind from wandering off.

Touching each bead as you say a mantra helps you stay focused.

I found 108 beads to be overwhelming.

These wrist mala are 1/4 mala - 27 beads, plus the guru. Each mala is hand-knotted.

They are made from genuine semi-precious stone in addition to the one Rudraksha seed. All are natural products and as such contain variations in color, veining and shading. Some stones will contain inclusions, pits or fissures as a result of geological formation. The actual bracelet delivered may differ slightly from the sample shown. Samples are used as a representation of the product and will not be an exact match. The color setting on your monitor may also affect the image you see compared to the actual product.
